Suzee's Carrot Slaw
Ingredients:
1 lb carrots, peeled and shredded
1/2 cup tabboule
juice of 1 lemon
1T red wine vinegar
1T good olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
mix it all up and you have a cool summer side that isn't too many calories :)
