The daily special today at Foodbuzz is the chop and scoop board. What do you think? I've used these in the past and thought - what a pain! You have to scrape all the bits off the flexible board - they just seem to magically stick there :(
I suppose if you didn't have storage for a cutting board, perhaps you would choose this. I like to be able to use mine over the sink or over the stove to make more counter space, so it really wouldn't work for me.
