Suzee's Crock Pot Roast

Nothing like coming home at the end of a day that was too long to a crock pot filled with hot food. Like pot roast :) And of course the left overs are great too :)

1 3 - 5 lb boneless chuck roast, tied
1 packet of lipton onion soup mix
1 cup of liquid (I like red wine the best, but you could use apple juice or water)

Pop the meat in the crockpot
Add , the soup mix to the liquid and stir.
Pour the soup mixture around the sides of the roast. If you have onion bits in the bottom of your mixing bowl, scoop them out and put them in the liquid on the sides of your roast.

Cover the crockpot.

Cook for 10 hours on low.

How easy is that? You could even do all this before coffee...
